Kim Mi Soo, who played a supporting part in the current K-Drama Snowdrop, has died at the age of 31.
Actress Kim Mi Soo has died at the age of 31, according to an exclusive report from Osen. The reason for death has yet to be disclosed. The Sungsim Funeral Home has set up a memorial for her.
Kim Mi Soo’s agency, Landscape Entertainment, confirmed the news of her death in a statement to Star News. They shared a saddening statement,
“We are here to deliver heartbreaking news.
Actress Kim Mi Soo suddenly passed away on January 5.
The bereaved family is current very heartbroken due to the sudden sad news.”
They further continued as they urged fans to refrain from spreading rumours or speculative reports so that the family can remember the deceased. Landscape Entertainment added that her funeral will be held quietly behind closed doors as per the wishes of the family.
In conclusion, the label wrote, “Please pray for her, and we send our deepest condolences once again to the deceased.” In Snowdrop, Kim Mi Soo portrayed Yeo Jung Min. Yeo Jung Min is a dormmate of Eun Young Ro (played by Jisoo of BLACKPINK). Hellbound, Yumi’s Cells, and Hi, Bye Mama! have all featured Kim Mi Soo.
