Even though the country is gradually resuming its day to day activities, Shakti Kapoor says that his daughter Shraddha Kapoor will not work anytime soon!
The phase of Unlock 1.0 has begun a few days back. The country is gradually getting back to its day to day activities. In fact, the film industry has also been allowed to start shooting now. However, the veteran actor Shakti Kapoor will not return to the sets anytime soon.
In fact, he has asserted that he will not allow his daughter Shraddha Kapoor also to get back to work, as the conditions still have not improved.
He told ETimes, “I will not go out and work for now nor will I allow my daughter Shraddha to resume work. I don’t think the threat is gone. I feel the worst is yet to come. That’s why I won’t let my children out for now. I know work is important but not at the cost of one’s life. It will be very chaotic if people start shooting now. I tell industry people in our group that it is better to wait than pay hospital bills. It is still a very bad state of affairs outside.”
Even when the state of Maharashtra has been the most severely affected state, the government has granted relaxations on the lockdown.
Amid such circumstances, reportedly John Abraham will begin shooting with his team soon. It is going to be a 12-day shooting schedule in the Ramoji Film City of Hyderabad.
Talking about Shraddha Kapoor’s work front, she was last seen in the film Baaghi 3 alongside Tiger Shroff. Earlier this year, she had another release as she was a part of Street Dancer with Varun Dhawan.
Last year too, the actress had delivered two back to back hits – Chhichhore and Saaho.
