Sebastian Stan drops his new look, the one you’ve never seen before. On Instagram, the actor shared a first peek image for his next independent drama “A Different Man,” which astounded fans.
Sebastian Stan is most known for playing Bucky, better known as the Winter Soldier, in the Marvel film series as Captain America’s closest buddy. The actor was last seen playing in Tom and Pammy. He pulled off Tom’s look pretty well. Everyone claimed that this look of his was the complete opposite of his personality which makes it even more unique.
In his role as a guy with neurofibromatosis who has facial reconstruction surgery, Stan portrays a man who becomes obsessed with the actor playing him in a play based on his life. Starring alongside Stan is Adam Pearson from “Under the Skin” and Renate Reinsve from “The Worst Person in the World.”
A Different Man
A Different man is a production by A24. It is drama series written and directed by Aaron Schimberg. The drama series is under production currently in New York. Stan’s startling transformation in the film was first made public via paparazzi pictures taken on location. The actor later shared the first glimpse of his prosthetics-heavy role on Instagram. The project is executive produced in part by Stan.
Sebastian also gave credit to the prosthetics artist behind Stan’s new appearance, Mike Marino. Other famous works of Marino include the transformation of Colin Farrell into the Penguin for Matt Reeves’ “The Batman.” His additional credits include “Coming 2 America,” “The Irishman” and “Joker,” among other films.
Following last year’s Sundance favorite “Fresh,” Stan continues to work in the independent cinema industry with “A Different Man.” he is also involved in another A24 project which is a backed comedy thriller “Sharper” in which he will be seen acting opposite Julianne Moore, Justice Smith, and John Lithgow. Benjamin Caron co-wrote and directed the movie, which will premiere on Apple TV+.

Stan was recently nominated for an Emmy for his performance in the Hulu limited series “Pam & Tommy.”
Christine Vachon, Gabriel Mayers, and Vanessa McDonnell of Killer Films and Grand Motel Films are producing “A Different Man” in addition to A24.
