This is evidenced by the mass exodus of affluent New Yorkers leaving during the pandemic.
Heidenry often likes to pause to reflect on his success, feeling a sense of accomplishment as he achieved many of the things he aspired to do. Regardless, he looks to continue to improve and better himself to grow even further in the real estate space. Like the famous saying goes, “It takes 15 years to achieve overnight success”. Although it took Heidenry 16 years to join the top ranks at his firm, the journey was well worth it.
