Pooja Hegde (born October 13, 1990) is an Indian actress and model who is most known for her work in Telugu and Hindi films. At the Miss Universe India 2010 competition, she placed second runner-up.
Mugamoodi, a Tamil film directed by Mysskin, was her first film (2012). In Oka Laila Kosam, she made her Telugu film debut alongside Naga Chaitanya. In 2016, she made her Hindi cinema debut in Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Mohenjo Daro, with Hrithik Roshan.
Her Telugu-language action drama film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, directed by Trivikram and starring Allu Arjuna, is one of the highest-grossing Telugu films of all time, grossing over 250 crore.

Actress Pooja Hegde was recently photographed at a pilates studio in Santa Cruz.
Pooja wore a sporty outfit with a sports bra and skinny trousers. She was on the phone with someone and appeared to be in a rush.
Despite this, she waited for a bit and allowed her followers to capture her with her adorable smile.
Pooja Hegde to star opposite Mahesh Babu
On August 9, details about the cast and crew of Mahesh Babu’s next film with filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas were announced to celebrate the actor’s birthday.
Pooja Hegde has been cast as the female lead in the film, which has been given the working title SSMB28. Haarika and Hassine Creations, the production company that is funding the film, shared a one-minute video that revealed the names of members of the cast and crew.
Wrote : “Celebrating our REIGNING Superstar @urstrulymahesh birthday, we bring you the SUPER Squad of #SSMB28 https://youtu.be/yn0HENJGREM #Trivikram’s Enchanting Tale on to the sets, soon!”
The production company also stated that the film will begin shooting soon.
