Daredevil is all set to make his appearance in She-Hulk Attorney At Law. But it won’t be a darker side of Daredevil as it was in the Netflix show but She-Hulk will focus more on the Lighter-Side of Daredevil, this is already been confirmed by the head writers of the show.
In a conversation with The Direct, the head writer of She-Hulk, Jessica Gao spoke about the new version of Daredevil that we will get to see in the show. She praised Charlie Coxx by calling him a “wonderful actor” and a “wonderful human being”.
She further explains that it was fun bringing Daredevil back to the show, people have seen his very dark and dramatic side but She-Hulk will bring Daredevil to a completely new environment where his lighter side will be shown.
Jessica says, ” It was so fun to be able to do and we do this with every character cameo from the MCU is we take them from the environment that you know them from, which is a much more dramatic and action-oriented role, much more on the serious side, and we bring them into our world and they get to play in the tone of She-Hulk.”
She continues, ” And they got to explore and we get to see a lighter side of that character.” The head writer also revealed that they were surprised when they got to know they could use Daredevil in the series, they thought someone might just appear any moment and say “Just Kidding”.
She further adds, ” I don’t think we ever, in a million years thought that we would be allowed to use them because we didn’t know what the status was of the character.”
She-Hulk is the cousin of Bruce Banner, the Hulk. She is also a Talented lawyer and is single in her 30s. She wants to lead a simple life, but under the unfortunate circumstances of her getting the powers of the Incredible Hulk, she gets recognized globally for that.
The show will revolve around how Jennifer Walters balances her newly acquired powers in her complicated life. Initially, the show was going to release on 17th August but now the release date is shifted to 18th August 2022.
