Ronda Rousey

Latest Information On Ronda Rousey’s WrestleMania 39 Match With Becky Lynch

According to the reports, fans might not be able to see “The Baddest Woman on the Planet” versus “The Man” on the biggest stage in all of professional wrestling. Ronda Rousey’s current run was originally intended to end with her facing Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 39 after facing Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 38.

Fans may have observed that there hasn’t been “anything in the Rousey vs. Lynch direction” on recent episodes of WWE SmackDown. Less than a week has passed since Rousey lost the “SmackDown” Women’s Championship to Flair, who made an unexpected comeback to surprise the former champion and win the title. Before Flair made a comeback, Rousey, a three-time WWE world champion overall, had held the championship for 83 days.

There is still time for a potential feud with Lynch to develop since WWE typically starts building its WrestleMania card in late January and February, prior to the event. Six-time WWE world champion Lynch is coming off a difficult 2022 in which she failed in her attempt to take back the “WWE Raw” Women’s Championship from Bianca Belair after losing it at WrestleMania.

WWE’s Survivor Series

She then missed nearly five months of action due to a shoulder injury before making her comeback at WWE’s Survivor Series premium live event just over a month ago. Lynch and Rousey have never faced off against one another inside the squared circle. The only time they faced off was in a triple-threat title match with Flair at WrestleMania 35.

A target is always on your back when you’re the champion, and Ronda Rousey is currently serving her second reign as the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. On the December 23 episode of SmackDown, Raquel Rodriguez finally defeated former women’s champion, Liv Morgan, to win a Gauntlet Match. She will be the next to take on Rousey for the title as a result of her victory. The earlier 2022 that Rodriguez challenged Rousey, the more successful Rousey was.
