KL Rahul Scores Sensational Century Against RCB, Breaks Sachin Tendulkar’s Record
Kings XI Punjab team captain Lokesh Rahul has set a big record in the history of IPL by scoring a stormy century. Lokesh Rahul batted brilliantly in the match being played against Banglore and added 132 runs in just 69 balls.
Rahul has broken the record of Sachin Tendulkar, who till today held the record for being the fastest to 2000 IPL runs. Tendulkar, who played all six seasons of IPL for Mumbai Indians, had reached the milestone in 63 innings. Rahul achieved this target in just 60 innings.
Rahul 132 not out in 69 balls contained 14 fours and 7 big sixes. Thanks to his marathon knock, KXIP posted 206/3 against Royal Challengers Banglore.
