Khabib’s UFC Coach Says Jake Paul Can Beat Conor McGregor In Boxing Bout

The list of Jake Paul appreciators does not seem to stop. After Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao appreciated Jake Paul, the list kept growing longer. But will these praises eventually help the YouTuber-turned boxer beat Conor McGregor?

Recently, famed UFC trainer Javier Mendez has claimed that Jake Paul has the ability to beat up Conor McGregor in a boxing match.

Javier Mendez has coached several UFC champions including the likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov, Cain Velasquez, and Daniel Cormier.

In talks with Betway, the UFC trainer said that “Jake has got so many advantages on Conor. Size being one of the big major ones.”

“He’s got big advantages in size and power. He doesn’t have fight experience, but he’s been strictly just boxing for a long time now.”

He went on to express his belief that Jake Paul ‘absolutely has a chance’ to put Conor McGregor to sleep.

Back in December 2020, Jake Paul offered Conor a massive purse to fight him but Conor McGregor was the least interested in fighting the YouTuber-turned Boxer.

Will Conor McGregor Fight Jake?

Conor McGregor even ignored a question about Jake Paul from a paparazzi recently. However, we know that talks between both of their teams were ongoing and it wouldn’t be rational to toally rule out the possibility of a Jake Paul Vs Conor McGregor fight.

While Jake Paul has been eyeing new opponents, female fighter Claressa Shields challenged the YouTuber to fight her.

She said that she would ‘whoop his a*s’ and also revealed that she would never fight on a Jake Paul undercard in her entire life.

It remains to be seen who will be the next person to step in the ring with the 4-0 boxer Jake Paul. But for the time being, we know that Jake has a lot of offers on the table as he awaits the signing of the dotted line to keep the show going.
