Katrina Kaif Has Some Home Workout Tips Amidst The Coronavirus Outbreak

The unfortunate coronavirus outbreak has brought many day to day activities on hold. Due to the pandemic, many schools, gyms, cinema halls and other public places are closed and shut. Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has reached out to her fans on Instagram by sharing workout tips despite the shutdown of gyms. Known for her regular fitness and workout routines, Katrina follows her regimen seriously and there’s no denying in it.

The actress along with fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala shared some workout routines one can do at home. Taking it to her Instagram, the actress shared the video and captioned it as, “Can’t go to the gym so sharing the workout that Yas and I did at home. Stay safe and be active if you can.” The workout video shared by Kaif will help many fitness enthusiasts to stay fit. The workout routine of the actress has got many exercises including leg raises, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, planks and mountain climbers.

On the work front, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat starring Salman Khan. Her upcoming film Sooryavanshi was supposed to release on March 24, 2020. However, the coronavirus outbreak has postponed the film’s release date. The Rohit Shetty’s directorial will see the actress romancing Akshay Kumar. The cop universe also stars Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh who will play Singham and Simmba respectively.
