Kareena Kapoor Khan Gives A Sneek Peak Into Her New Book ‘Pregnancy Bible’

The bebo of Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor Khan had announced her project as an author this year.

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible is published by Juggernaut Books and has been released in 2021. Now, after the Bebo of Bollywood has provided a preview and a brief Sneek peak of her book, it’s also made available to pre-ordered online.

Sharing the first look of Kareena Kapoor Khan Pregnancy Binle on Instagram on Friday, July 9, 2021, Kareena Kapoor Khan wrote, “

‘Excited And Nervous’

This has been quite the journey… both my pregnancies and writing my Pregnancy Bible. There were good days and bad days; some days I was raring to go to work and others where I struggled to get out of bed. This book is a very personal account of what I experienced both physically and emotionally through both my pregnancies.”

What Is The Book About?

The book will be a complete guide to pregnancy.

The book penned by Kareena Kapoor will highlight all aspects of pregnancy from a medicine perspective.

In the book the author will be focusing on the pregnant mother and her symptoms and include her personal advices on everything from managing morning unwell feelings to pregnancy eating habits and exercise, well-being and preparation for child care.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is the mother of two sons with Saif Ali Khan. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second baby on February 21, 2021.
