Kangana Ranaut blasts media once again asking why blind items are not written on ‘nepo kids’
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s team has shared another video of the actress where she has blasted the media for writing blind articles on Sushant Singh Rajput!
Kangana Ranaut has taken a stand after Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise. She has been calling out the industry for their hypocrisy and nepotism. Now she has blasted the media for writing blind articles on the later actor.
In a video shared by her team, the actress has talked about the statements of Sushant’s father, the director Abhishek Kapoor and his ex Ankita Lokhande. Later she revealed several news articles that defamed Sushant in the past.
Recalling the incident during Manikarnika’s release, Kangana says, “I have never spoken about all that has been written about me but when they wrote ill about a freedom fighter, I confronted that journalist. And that overnight four senior journalists made a guild against me and declared that my film should be banned, flopped.”
She also questioned how three thousand journalists ganged up against one girl. And the society didn’t say anything, the law didn’t say anything. “I tried to file a case against them. But they disappeared a month later. My film released and they disappeared,” she added. The actress also highlighted as to why the media never writes such blind items on ‘nepo kids’.
“Emotional, psychological, and mental lynching on an individual happens openly and we all are all guilty of watching it silently. Is blaming the system enough? Will there ever be change? Are we going to see a monumental shift in the narrative on how outsiders are treated,” the post’s caption reads.
In the earlier video that her team shared, Kangana had stressed on the fact that Sushant was a really intelligent person. And she blamed the industry’s non-accepting nature for the actor’s depression.
