Justin Bieber has come out in defense of his wife, Hailey Bieber as he says it’s hard taking the high road after calling Selena Gomez fans out for attacking his wife.
The singer took to social media to call out a user; who encouraged Selena’s fans to bombard Hailey’s Instagram with mean comments. He said he wanted to share it so that people get an idea of what they have to face on a day-to-day basis.
The unidentified woman had posted a video that was reposted by Justin; as the user asked her followers to bombard Hailey and Justin’s Q&A on Instagram Live. The woman was asking and encouraging people to comment about Jelena, which was the stan name for Justin and Selena.
The unidentified user asked people to comment on how Selena is better and for people to go after Hailey. She said, “Go after her, please. Let’s all go after her.” Justin called out the woman and shared how hard it is to take the high road when he sees people like that. He said, “It is extremely hard to choose the high road when I see people like this try; and rally gather people to bully the person I love most in the world. It is not right.”
The singer said he will not let the video ruin his joy. He called the woman as he said he thinks about her life and how miserable she must be to want to spend her time trying to make others feel small. The Lonely singer shared, “The lesson here is SHES THE ONE MISSING OUT..; life is fulfilling when you uplift and add value to people! A life where you want to make others feel small will leave you with no friends and no real JOY.”

Hailey also addressed the situation on her social media and expressed her empathy for the woman. She wrote how she is usually quiet and does not acknowledge these things because she needs to protect herself and her mental health. However, the model said it has gotten to a level of anger and hate that is unhealthy and sad.
She wrote, “I would never in a million years wish for someone to be treated this way and I will never condone this kind of hateful behavior”. Hailey further added she wants to support, uplift, and encourage other women in this industry and wish them nothing but love and success.
The model shared, “I wish for all of my followers and supporters to do the same!! Wishing the young woman in that video all the best, I hope she finds love, peace, and happiness in this life!” This is not the first time Hailey and Justin have been the target of social media bullying by Selena’s fanbase.
Selena herself had asked her fans to denounce the aggression back in October 2019. She told her fans that she does not stand for any hate in the comments for anybody. “Please be kind, I don’t like seeing people being disrespectful or rude to other people, so please don’t do that,” she said in an Instagram Live at the time.
The singer had asked her fans to be kind as she does not stand for women tearing down women. She said, “If you are my fans, please be kind.” Hailey had seemingly addressed rumors about her hating Selena in an interview.

“I think social media is a breeding ground for toxicity and people creating false drama between women; and trying to put women up against each other and create these narratives that are just…toxic,” Hailey told British Vogue, without naming names. “I think that has to change and that has to stop.”
According to Jelena fans, Hailey had started dating Justin while he was trying to make his relationship with Selena work. The model, however, set the record straight when she told Ashley Graham on her podcast; that people don’t know the details about her and Justin’s relationship. She noted, “Contrary to popular belief, he had been single for a while and I had been single and we were kind of just trying to figure life out”.
Jelena fans need to let go of their relationship as Justin and Selena have clearly moved on; are extremely happy with their lives.
