The 75th Cannes film festival is currently underway and along with that several films are premiering at the global prestigious film festival. Among them was, “The Stars at Noon” which stars Joe Alwyn and Margaret Qualley. The film is helmed by Claire Denis. The star actors walked down the red carpet during the premiere of their film, and looked stunning as they posed together wearing dazzling outfits.
Alwyn who was seen recently during the series of Conversations With Friends looked dapper as he walked down the red carpet, wearing an off-white blazer and teamed it up along with a black shirt and black pants. While on the other side his co-star Margaret Qualley looked extremely gorgeous as she walked down the red carpet along with her co-star as she wore a floor-length black gown.
Margaret went for a soft glam makeup and rounded it off with nude lip color. The actress opted for a hairstyle with a pretty black bow to complete her look. She choose a pair of statement earrings and looked glamorous, as she posed for the cameras along with her co-star.
The Stars At Noon is based on a novel
The duo’s film “The Stars at Noon” is based on a novel by Denis Johnson. While it was said that, “The Stars at Noon” was initially supposed to star Taron Egerton, later he was replaced by Alwyn. Joe Alwyn looked sharp as he made his Cannes appearance although it was seen that, the actor’s girlfriend Taylor Swit was not in the attendance during the premiere of his film.
Just recently the actor had made a conformation as he addressed about his relationship along with the singer and even maintained that why the duo is wanting to keep it private.
The actor also spoke up about his engagement rumors with a vague answer and said, “If the answer was yes, I wouldn’t say. If the answer is no, I wouldn’t say”, via Vulture.
Meanwhile in the terms of work, the actor is next going to be seen in the role of an English businessman. Whereas, Qualley who had won praises for her performance in the Netflix’s limited series, “Maid” will be essaying the role of an American journalist.
