Kim Jisoo is more popularly known as BLACKPINK’s lead vocalist. But the 28-year-old Korean singer has also established a strong presence in the fashion industry. Jisoo’s fame in the global fashion scene is such that top brands like Cartier and Dior had to engage in a contract battle to secure the K-Pop star as their brand ambassador. Jisoo ranked as the most influential at PFW shows last year.

Jisoo To Make Solo Debut This Year
Jennie was the first BLACKPINK member who made her solo debut back in 2018 with a solo single titled “Solo”. Three years after that Rosé became the next BLACKPINK member to go solo in 2021, who released a single album with two songs – On The Ground & Gone. And a few months after that Lisa made her solo debut with her single album Lalisa, which also only consisted of two songs.
Jisoo is the only BLACKPINK member who has never released a solo song, even more than 6 years after BLACKPINK made their debut as a K-Pop group. YGE first confirmed plans for Jisoo’s solo debut back in 2020, via a statement where they also confirmed that she’ll be the last BLACKPINK member to make her solo debut.
