The third Japanese Netflix Original movie of 2021 is scheduled to arrive in November.

The Netflix Original titled ‘We Couldn’t Become Adults’ will release in November 2021. The Japanese romance is directed by Yoshihiro Mori and Hayato Kawai.

Release Date

Famous screenplay writer Ryô Takada has also worked on the upcoming Netflix Original project. Ryô Takada is famous for writing movies such as You’re Not Normal Either! and Ura Aka L’Aventure.

The exact release date of the movie is November 5, Friday.

Storyline And Cast

The 40-something old adult Sako Makoto receives a friend request on social media that takes his back the memory lame when he lost contact with a loved one.

Sako begins to reminisce about the past and the hopes and dreams he once had in simpler times.

Cast members of We Couldn’t Become Adults includes a bunch of talented names like Moriyama Mirai, Ito Sairi, Hagiwara Masato, Higashide Masahiro, Shinohara Atsushi, Hanayagi Nozomi, and Okayama Amane.

The movie has a confirmed run time of 124 minutes. All of the filming took place in Tokyo, Japan with principal photography starting on May 16th, 2021, and ending by August 18th, 2021.
