Joseph Baena, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, has shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the set of his next film Lava.
A freshly launched Instagram account for the Bitflix project implies that the film will focus on three buddies whose island holiday with a dating-app connection turns into a jungle nightmare.
Several more web postings have already begun to circulate, purporting to show production in Hawaii in full flow. The film is being touted as the first to be entirely funded with cryptocurrencies.

Baena shares a behind-the-scenes photo from the Lava set with his casting announcement on Instagram. He looks exactly like his action-hero father, shirtless and standing in the middle of a tropical forest, as a number of people have noted in the comments section. Baena captions the photo, saying he’s “excited” to be working on the project and inviting people to guess what’s going on in the scenario.

Last month, Schwarzenegger’s 24-year-old son, who has a 344,000-strong Instagram following, appeared to hint at his involvement in an unidentified project by posting a photo of himself working out at the gym. On IMDB, Baena’s new film roles include Scam Squad, Encounters, Chariot, and Bully High, among others. The nature and significance of Baena’s new role, Alex, has yet to be published on IMDB.
