Goodfellas Star Ray Liotta Dies At 67, While Shooting

The superbly talented actor, Ray Liotta died at 67, while shooting a new film. The actor starred in Martin Scorsese’s hit gangster classic Goodfellas, which got him famous. According to reports from Variety, Ray Liotta died in the Dominican Republic, where he was shooting the film.

The actor did his debut in a film in 1990, where he was cast as real-life mobster Henry Hill in the crime masterpiece by Martin. His coworkers were Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci. Indeed, the film is considered one of the greatest films of the 20th century.

Lorraine Bracco is shattered by the news and took to Twitter and wrote, “I am utterly shattered to hear this terrible news about my Ray. I can be anywhere in the world & people will come up & tell me their favourite movie is Goodfellas. Then they always ask what was the best part of making that movie. My response has always been the same…Ray Liotta”.
