Marvel fans have been asking one question as a new behind-the-scenes video is revealed. Is Ghost Rider in She-Hulk?
If you have been living under a rock, you might be unaware that Ghost Rider is one of Marvel’s superheroes. The character was a stunt motorcyclist who sold his soul to Mephisto in his first supernatural incarnations as Johnny Blaze. His head turns into a flaming skull while his body gets consumed by hellfire.
The character has appeared in several animated projects but the most memorable was the one played by Nicolas Cage. That movie was released in 2007 and was later followed by Spirit of Vengeance in 2012.
In another version, which is Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in 2016, Gabriel Luna played the Robbie Reyes version of the character. Ever since then, there have been no updates on the character or any teases up until now.
In a new promotional video for She-Hulk, there’s a very quick tease for his return. The series of She-Hulk is set to premiere on Disney+ which revolves around attorney at law, Jennifer Walters as she goes through life as a single woman, who is an attorney and also duh, a superpowered Hulk.
Along with the lead actress, Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo will be seen reprising his role as Hulk aka Banner, Jameela Jamil as Titania, and Charlie Cox as Daredevil.
When you skip through the new video and go to the 1:50 mark, you can spot a very blurry poster of someone called Johnny Blaze in the background. This can be a teaser for the future of the character or a tease for a cameo. Ryan Gosling recently expressed his desire to play the character.
It is yet to be seen if Ghost Rider will be seen in She-Hulk, however, it is also unclear who will be playing the character. If we look at the poster, it does have a resemblance to Keanu Reeves.
Norman Reedus from The Walking Dead has also been one of the actors fans have desperately wanted to see play Ghost Rider. An insider even asked the actor if he has been cast and he said, “Fingers crossed… light a candle.”
She-Hulk will premiere on Disney+ on August 17.
