Gavin Rossdale has branded his divorce from Gwen Stefani as the ‘most embarrassing’ moment of his life. The British musician and The voice alum announced their split in August 2015 after 13 years of marriage, amid cheating allegations. Gwen cited irreconcilable differences in filing for divorce from the Bush front man.
In a new interview with The Guardian, Gavin looks back at his rocky 2015 split from Gwen Stefani. When asked to describe his “most embarrassing moment,” Gavin relayed an answer about his breakup with Gwen. “The gross and lopsided spectre of the crumbling of my marriage,” he replied.
Gavin was married to the Rich Girl singer for 13 years prior to their divorce. An alleged cheating scandal involving the couple’s nanny was said to be the cause. 5 years later, Gavin and Gwen continue to successfully co-parent their 3 sons together, Kingston, 14, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 6. Gavin also has a 31 year old daughter, Daisy Lowe, from his previous relationship with Pearl Lowe.
