Former Bollywood Actress Sana Khan Marries Religious Scholar Mufti Anaas

‘Tis the season of joy! After the dreamy wedding ceremony of Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh and the lavish wedding festivities of Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu, former television and film actress Sana Khan has now gotten married! 

The actress, who was also a part of Bigg Boss 6, married Gujarat-based Mufti Anaas on Friday night. The couple looked delightful in white wedding outfits. In a video that is now going viral on social media, Sana and Mufti look their happiest best as they walk down the stairs together.

One can hear people congratulating the newly-married couple and a happy Sana responding to them with a big smile! Another video that has found its way to the internet sees the couple cutting a cake in the presence of their family members.

As a bride, Sana looked resplendent. The actress combined tradition and modernity well in a princessy white gown. She also wore a hijab along with her wedding dress and looked stunning. While fans are yet to get a closer look at the embroidery on her wedding gown, the dress seems to be the perfect pick for the special day of her life.

The best part about her look was the fact that she kept it simple with light makeup. The blinding bridal glow on Sana’s face was unmissable. Her partner, Mufti kept it traditional on the wedding day. He chose a white kurta-pyjama for the occasion. 

Going by the first glimpses from their wedding, it seems that the duo kept the ceremony traditional and simple. Sana’s choice of white outfit is in sync with many other celebrities’ picks for their respective wedding celebrations. For instance, Neha wore an all-white lehenga at her wedding reception just recently. Deepika Padukone, who got married two years ago, also chose an ivory saree for one of her wedding receptions. Sonam Kapoor, too, had picked out a white lehenga for her mehendi ceremony ahead of her wedding. 

Sana Left Bollywood This Year

Earlier this year, the actress was in the news after she announced her decision to quit showbiz. In an elaborate post, Sana explained that she’s resolved to “say goodbye” to her showbiz lifestyle to serve humanity and follow the orders of her Creator.
