Florence Pugh’s Powerful Response To Critics Who Body-Shamed Her In Valentino Gown

Florence Pugh has a message for all those who are too judgemental and body shame others, without knowing the consequences of it.

Florence Pugh attended the Valentino Haute Couture show in Italy wearing a stunning Pink see-through gown. As many people really liked her bold look and some of them even called it the Barbie edition. But as there is always a section of people who aren’t really happy with anything a person does, so they criticized Florence for having flat chested breasts and wearing a see-through gown.

Florence Pugh posted the pictures of her in that hot pink gown with a caption, ” Technically they’re covered? Feeling magical in @maisonvalentino.” She wrote a big message with the hashtag #fuckingfreethefuckingnipple for all those who criticized/trolled her for the look and shamed her body.

Florence in the message wrote that she was aware of the hate that will come in and she was very excited to wear that beautiful Valentino dress without being nervous. She further continued, ” What’s been interesting to watch and witness is just how easy it is for men to totally destroy a woman’s body, publicly, proudly, for everyone to see. You even do it with job titles and work emails in your bio..?”

Her message continued, that it isn’t the first or the last time a woman is getting judged for her body by a crowd of strangers, but it worries her how some of the men can be that “vulgar”.

Florence says that she is comfortable with her body and she accepts all her flaws. She says, ” So many of you wanted to aggressively let me know how disappointed you were by my ‘tiny tits’ or how I should be embarrassed by being so ‘flat chested’. I’ve lived in my body for a long time. I’m fully aware of my breast size and am not scared of it.”

The Black Widow star further added to why people are so scared of women’s breasts, and what is so terrifying in it. She wonders as to why people are so happy about being upset about her breast size and body.

“I’m very grateful that I grew up in a household with very strong, powerful, curvy women. We were raised to find power in the creases of our bodies. To be loud about being comfortable. It has always been my mission in this industry to say ‘fuck it ‘ and ‘fuck that’ whenever anyone expects my body to morph into an opinion of what’s hot or sexually attractive.”

She further spoke about that she wore that dress because she knows. But if it’s so easy for some people to be loudly abusive towards women then they are the ones who doesn’t know.

She concluded her message saying ” Grow up. Respect people. Respect bodies. Respect all women. Respect humans..Life will get a whole lot easier, I promise.”
