Though Erika Casupanan was not one of the loudest players in this season of Survivor, but she proved to become a threat. Her skills helped and proved her to become the winner of Survivor season 41. During the finale, Erika competed for $1 million alongside four remaining contestants.
Season 41 of ‘Survivor’ premiered on 22 September 2021 on CBS. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the show had to take two seasons off. But in the second half of 2020 and the first half of 2021 because there were restrictions placed on filming. So, fans were more excited than ever to have the show back!
Xander Hastings won the final four immunity challenges and chose Erika to come to the final 3 with him. However, Xander couldn’t realise how big of a threat she was. This ultimately proved to be a big mistake. The jury did view her as an impressive player and she won with 7 votes. She found an advantage and won the final five immunity challenge, which allowed the group to vote out Ricard Foye, who was the biggest threat left to win.

In her most recent job, Erika was as a Communications Manager in Toronto, Ontario. Her official title was Senior Manager in Marketing Communications at Kijiji Canada, as per her LinkedIn profile. Kijiji is a classifieds site in Canada, and Erika headed communications and PR for the company.
Why Did She Left Her Job?
Erika decided to leave her job before coming onto Survivor. “I’m proud of the career I built for nearly a decade,” she admitted. “I’m even more proud that I was brave and walked away when I wasn’t passionate about it anymore.”
