The television academy awards 2022 is set to be held on September 12 at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California. The show will be aired on NBC and streamed on Peacock as well.

Kenan Thompson To Host 74th Emmys

According to the leading entertainment website, SNL star, Kenan Thompson will be hosting the 74th Emmy Awards. Indeed, he is the longest-running member in SNL history. He is selected after doing a lot of research by Emmys producers, television network NBC and the Academy.

Thompson said on this opportunity, “Being a part of this incredible evening where we honour the best of the television community is ridiculously exciting, and to do it on NBC – my longtime network family – makes it even more special”.

Indeed, Kenan is a funny and likeable guy. He has accomplished himself in the two decades via Saturday Night Live.
