Did Michael Keaton Shoot Aquaman 2 Scenes As Batman Before Ben Affleck?

While talking about Jason Moma starrer Aquaman 2, it is recently rumoured that Ben Affleck might be replacing Michael Keaton as the Dark Knight in the Aquaman sequel.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will be released in theatres on March 17, 2023. The new sequel explores the story of Aquaman who partners with an unlikely alliance in an effort to save Atlantis and the world.

So as well know that Jason Momoa will be back as Aquaman and Amber Heard as Mera, love interest of him. Recently, on July 28, Jason Momoa confirmed that Ben Affleck will reunite with him as Batman. Jason wrote to his Instagram account, “REUNITED Bruce and Arthur. Love you and miss u Ben WB studio tours just explored the backlog alright busted in set all great things coming AQUAMAN 2 all my aloha j”.

This news is a surprise for fans as they thought Ben Affleck will no longer play their favourite Batman. Ben is also set to reprise his role in the upcoming sequel of “The Flash”. But the recent rumour surfacing all over the Internet claims that Ben replacing Micheal.

However, this all started after a test screening found Michael Keaton’s shot scenes in Aquaman 2. The answer to this is Keaton’s entry into the DC world as Batman is explained in his appearance in Ezra Miller’s The Flash. And this film is set to release after the sequel of Aquaman, The Lost Kingdom. So, to avoid this confusion, his scene in the Jason Momoa starrer did not make any sense.

But it seems like DC is going with Ben Affleck to star opposite Jason. Though not a lot of details about the same have been offered, an official confirmation is still pending. We hope that fans get to see Keaton as the Caped Crusader.
