Deepika Padukone Rocks the Cannes Streets in a Floral Dress

Actress Deepika Padukone shared her latest look’s pictures in which the diva is seen twirling in an off shoulder floral print dress. The actress opted for a green and pink floral dress. She opted for a high bun, and fresh makeup look for her latest look. The actress rounded off her pretty look with a pair of statement earrings. The off shoulder floral dress is soft green in color with the pattern of pink roses done all over it.

Soon the looks of the actor went viral, and the look gained a lot of compliments, as fans said, “Love the outfit,”  “You looking gorgeous,” whereas another comment was, “This dress with pockets and those boots.” On Tuesday the actress had attended, the screening of “The Innocent”, in which she was spotted wearing an orange, extravagant gown. After the look went viral many called it as her best look at the Cannes Film Festival so far. 

After that, the actress attended a party in celebration of Cannes Film Festival’s 75 years, in an all-white dress, and grabbed a lot of attention. This year the diva is the part of the eight-member Cannes Competition jury. The actress is updating her fans with her looks through her instagram account. During the second day during the inauguration of the India Pavilion of the prestigious film festival the actress spoke about how Indian cinema has come a long way.

Padukone spoke about being the jury member

The 36 year old said, “I feel we have a long way to go as a country, I feel really proud to be here as an Indian and to be representing the country. But when we look back at 75 Years of Cannes, I have said earlier also that there have been only a handful of Indian films, and Indian talent that have been able to make it and I feel like collectively as a nation today we have it,” 

The actress also stated in a statement and said, “We have the talent, we have the ability and I think we just sort of need that conviction and I truly believe there will come a day when India won’t be at Cannes, Cannes would be at India,” 

Other than Padukone, Other Indian faces seen this year at the fest were Aishwarya Rai, Tamannah Bhatia, Pooja Hegde, Hina Khan, Urvashi Rautela, Helly Shah, R Madhavan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, AR Rahman and others, who have been in the attendance during this year’s film festival.
