Darshan from Family Man, claims that fans are assaulting him as they believe he is Pakistani

Darshan Kumaar, who plays Major Sameer on The Family Man, has claimed that some fans have been harassing him because they can’t seem to distinguish him from his wicked character on the series.

Darshan Kumaar, who recently returned for a second season of The Family Man, says he’s received’mixed’ comments to his performance. While the film industry has praised his efforts, he claims that some viewers are having trouble distinguishing him from his role.

Mixed Comments

Darshan Kumaar portrays the antagonistic Major Sameer in Manoj Bajpayee’s series The Family Man, which depicts Manoj Bajpayee as a spy who must deal with home and diplomatic issues.

Darshan was asked what people are saying about him now that the new season has been released in an interview with a big daily. “It’s actually mixed,” he explained. “‘You’re looking so attractive, you’re looking so terrific, you did so well,’ say the film industry and fans. I’m getting compliments on my appearance, acting, and attitude.”

Darshan Kumaar isn’t the only actor in The Family Man who portrays a villain. Sajid is played by Shahab Ali, and Raji is played by Samantha Akkineni. On June 4, the sequel of Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s The Family Man was released to positive reviews from spectators and reviewers. In the final scene of season two, a third season was teased. Even after being greenlit, Manoj Bajpayee has stated that the next season could take up to two years to finish.
