BTS’s Jungkook has recently confessed that he did not study seriously when he was young, expressing his regrets during a live broadcast on the fan community platform Weverse.
Jungkook started his trainee life at a very young age. He was only 15 years old when he auditioned for Big Hit Entertainment and joined BTS. Because of his busy schedule and constant traveling, his student life was negatively affected.
During the broadcast, Jungkook tried to communicate with his fans worldwide in English and Japanese. However, he struggled and eventually expressed his disappointment, saying, “I spoke zero languages”. He then went on to joke that he barely studied for an hour a day when he was young. Despite this, Jungkook said he grew up well, thanks to the good people he met in his life.
Jungkook revealed that he regrets not studying harder when he was younger. He said that if he could go back in time, he would scold himself and tell him to study more. He said, “When I was in second grade of elementary school, I dropped my pencil. If I could go back to the past, I would scold myself and say something like, ‘You can live your life the way you want, but please study a bit. At least learn English and Korean’.” He also said that he finds English really difficult and wishes he could speak it better.
Jungkook’s honest confession touched the hearts of many fans who praised him for his hard work and dedication. They also encouraged him to keep learning and improving himself. They said that they love him for who he is and that they are proud of him for everything he has achieved.
Jungkook is not only a talented artist but also a humble and sincere person who is always willing to learn from his mistakes and grow as a person. He is an inspiration to many people who struggle with their own challenges and dreams. We hope that Jungkook will continue to pursue his passions and goals with confidence and happiness.
