BTS’s Jimin has just made headlines with the global release of his debut solo album, “FACE.” To commemorate the event, the gifted singer made his late-night television debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” recently.
Jimin’s quick wit and contagious sense of humor had the audience and host Jimmy Fallon in stitches throughout his interview. He was welcomed on the show with an overwhelming response from his fans who could not stop cheering for him throughout his interview.
Jimmy began by congratulating the idol for his new album, Face as Jimin thanked his fans for their support. The host also asked who he was in touch with the most to which the star responded by saying, “J-Hope” and went on to say everybody.
Jimmy further encouraged Jimin and assured him that he will have more Grammy nominations with this album as well as he is already been a Grammy nominee for multiple hits. He brought out a cute picture of the idol when he was a kid and Jimin also acknowledged himself to be “cute”.
The host wanted to know more about Jimin’s background; and asked him if he knew that he wanted to do this; when he was a kid or was the plan something else. Jimin revealed that he was very interested in performing on stage; and got to know that when he was in middle school. Jimmy went on to ask him if he thought how big he will be. The idol responded in Korean saying, “No, absolutely not.”
He made headlines especially when he revealed that his favorite moniker was “Jimin Fallon”; – a brilliant play on his own name and that of the show’s famed presenter. But Jimin’s appearance wasn’t all fun and games. The idol talked about his time in the White House with the entire band and revealed; how President Joe Biden appreciated how they participated in such an important cause.
