Britney Spears Announces Her Miscarriage Says ‘This Is a Devastating Time’

Singer Britney Spears and her fiancé are dealing with a devastating loss due to the miscarriage of their baby. The singer suffered a miscarriage just after one month as she revealed her pregnancy. The couple lost their “miracle baby”, just over one month after they announced that they were expecting a baby.

The singer took to her Instagram account and made the announcement to her followers that she and her fiancé Sam Asghari have lost their “miracle baby.” This comes up after months as she had escaped a legal arrangement that gave her father control over many aspects related to her life, even including her reproductive health.

The 40-year-old singer who has two teenage sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15,  with her former partner, said she wanted to have a family with personal trainer Asghari.

Britney announced her devastating loss to her fans on her social media account  

The singer wrote a note on her devastating loss on her Instagram account, she wrote, “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announced that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy,” the couple’s joint post read. “This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along, however we were overly excited to share the good news.”

Spears further wrote “Our love for each other is our strength,” the statement continued. “We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family. We are grateful for all of your support. We kindly ask for privacy during this difficult moment.”

The singer captioned the post and wrote,  “We are grateful for what we have in the process of expanding our beautiful family ��� Thank you for your support,” while Asghari promised in her comments, “We will have a miracle soon.”

While announcing her pregnancy in April she had told it would probably be “hard” for her because she has previously experienced and gone through the perinatal depression – “the medical term for depression occurring any time between becoming pregnant to about a year after giving birth.”

Britney and her fiancé had announced their engagement in September, the couple met back in 2016. Further more few days back the couple had even announced that they had officially decided to tie the knot.
