BLACKPINK Jisoo’s Cartier Campaign Ranks Above Campaigns By Stars Like Ariana Grande & Billie Eilish

Jisoo of BLACKPINK is today a known name in the fashion industry, thanks to her impact as a fashion influencer. Currently, she is the global ambassador of two of the most popular luxury fashion brands in the world – Dior and Cartier.

It was recently revealed that Jisoo was the most influential celebrity at the Paris Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2023 with the HIGHEST Earned Media Value โ€” $22.4M EMV and 7% engagement rate. The singer was able to beat another global fashion icon Kylie Jenner to earn the top spot. Jisoo was also the #1 influencer at Paris Fashion Week SS22 with $4.78M EMV and at PFW AW22 with $6.59M EMV.

A media portal named SponsorUnited recently revealed data regarding the most successful social media brand campaigns of 2022. And it wasn’t surprising to see Jisoo at the top.

Jisoo’s campaign with Cartier generated 55.4M engagements. The Korean singer was only ranked below Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty Campaign which earned 68.M engagements. Other campaigns by western stars like Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, and Ariana Grande were all ranked below Jisoo.

Jisoo started working as a regional ambassador for Dior Beauty’s cosmetics line in December 2019. Jisoo was chosen as Christian Dior’s muse and modeled for the brand’s Fall/Winter 2020 collection the following summer. Jisoo covered the 155th issue of Dazed Korea in September 2020 and spoke about her work with Dior. Jisoo appeared in photos taken in December 2020 holding the Lady Dior and D’Lite bags from Dior’s Cruise 2020โ€“2021 Collection.

Jisoo’s endorsement of Dior Beauty’s “Dior Forever Skin Glow Cushion” led to its exclusive distribution in Korea in January 2021. While carrying a Dior Caro purse, she also advertised the company’s Spring/Summer Collection. Jisoo’s long-term relationship with Dior was solidified the following March when they named her as one of their new global ambassadors with Cara Delevingne and Natalie Portman.

Jisoo was chosen to serve as the lead model for Cartier’s Pasha de Cartier beginning in September 2020. Jisoo joined the Panthรจre de Cartier community, which also includes Annabelle Wallis, Ella Balinska, Chang Chen, Mariacarla Boscono, and Yasmine Sabri, on May 25, 2022, when Cartier introduced her as their brand ambassador.
