Asim Riaz Chaudhary is 26 years old. He was born in the extreme northern state of India, Jammu & Kashmir on 13 July 1993. For those of you who believe in Zodiacs, Asim Riaz’s sign is Cancer. There is not much known in the public space about Asim’s parents.
He is one of the two children of Riaz Ahmed Choudhary. His father is now a retired IAS officer in the state of J&K. Asim Riaz’s brother is Umar Riaz and he is a practicing general surgeon in the central state of India, Maharashtra.
Asim Riaz completed his primary education at Delhi Public School in Jammu. On the educational side of things, he is a graduate in Marketing and Administration. Along the way, he perfected his fluency in the English language which wasn’t the case in the initial days of his career.

To pursue his passion, Asim Riaz moved to Mumbai. He had always been fascinated by the fashion industry and wanted to try his luck in modelling and fitness. Asim has been a fitness freak right from an early age. He has attended various international modelling events and competitions as well. A few years back, he was among those innumerable models who struggled in Mumbai in search of work.
Asim Riaz had ideal physical traits to be a model as he weighs 75kgs and is 5 feet 9 inch tall. He got a break in the showbiz industry through television commercials and ads. He has appeared as a model in TV commercials for brands such as Blackberrys, B’lue, Numero Uno, Royal Enfield, etc. India’s leading premium lens wear store, Lenskart has also worked with Asim Riaz.
His physique came to prominence after he regularly flexed his body on national television during his time inside the BiggBoss house.

Asim Riaz’s second taste of fame was when he was casted in a minor role in Main Tera Hero, starring Varun Dhawan, Illeana D’Cruz and Nargis Fakhri. The movie was directed by David Dhawan and produced by Ekta Kapoor. Thus, it is safe to say that by this time, Asim had begun to establish top-level contacts within the Bollywood industry.

Asim Riaz had his real taste of success, fame and glory when he debuted in the popular Indian Reality TV Show, BiggBoss. Asim was a contestant in season 13 of BiggBoss. He ended up as the runner up in that season.
Riaz definitely has won a lot of hearts throughout his journey in the BiggBoss house. He striked romantic relationship with fellow co-contestant Himanshi Khurana and they are still together. Asim Riaz even proposed to Himanshi Khurana in the show.
Asim and his bond with his friend-cum-brother Siddharth Shukla was witnessed by the nation but approaching the end of the season, things got sour between the two. Ultimtaley, Siddharth Shukla won the season defeating Asim in the final round.
His performance is BiggBoss 13 was extra-ordinary and fetched him stardom and an ever growing fanbase even after the completion of the show.
Post-BiggBoss Life
After being done and dusted from his BiggBoss journey, Asim set his eyes to bigger things. He was seen in some very successful music albums such as Kalla Sohna Hai, Mere Angne Mein, Dil ko Maine di Kasam.
Asim also featured in Armaan Malik’s single, Veham, alongside Sakshi Malik.
Due to immense fame he garnered in BB season 13, he was invited back to be a part of season 14 but he declined the invitation. Asim Riaz said that he was not keen on spending almost five months again in the Bigg Boss house while he already experienced it once in his life. He said that he was doing well for himself and ‘wasn’t ready’ to re-enter the show.
“This is not the right time for me to go. I thought I have just recovered and doing good in my life. If I get a chance I will go. But at that time when I was offered, I wasn’t ready to be very honest,” he added.
Future Projects Of Asim Riaz
Asim Riaz fans are pumped and excited to enjoy the upcoming projects of the star. Askm Riaz has mentioned COVID-19 for the delay in his upcoming projects since he wants the market to be 100% back to normal before he releases any new content.
He has pending collabs to be done with popular rapper Bohemia and international artist DJ Snake. Asim has also promised his fans that he will be coming up with his own rap song next year.
There have also been rumors swirling around that Asim would be seen alongside Salman Khan in the movie Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali but Asim denied such rumors saying ‘my team had conversations but things didn’t get through due to COVID-19. So, right now there is nothing like that for sure.’
Asim Riyaz has also expressed his willingness to be casted in docu-series. He says ‘it needs time and I am slowly learning the art through music videos’.
