Abhishek Bachchan Talks About Being Compared To Scam 1992’s Pratik Gandhi

Abhishek Bachchan shared his take on Pratik Gandhi between comparisons of ‘The Big Bull‘ and ‘Scam 1992’. He said, ‘Not worthy to be compared to him’.

Since The Big Bull first appeared, network operators have been comparing it to the 1992 scam series.

The recent trailer release of the former lent further buzz to this, with both the protagonists being reportedly modelled on controversial stock broker of the ’90s, Harshad Mehta.

What Did Abhishek Bachchan Say?

In the midst of comparisons, Abhishek Bachchan came out praising the leadership of his predecessor, Pratik Gandhi, calling his performance ‘fun’.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Abhishek was asked about his frequent comparisons with his father, the famous actor, Amitabh Bachchan, but now he has been compared to Paratik Gandhi.

Guru star replied that he had no problem with comparisons. He also added that he was compared to the ‘great’ and ‘best’ Big B, so any other comparison could not faze him much.

Comments On Pratik

Ab Jr said that Pratik’s performance was ‘fun’ and passed on his best to his future career, hoping that his younger junior would continue to do ‘good work.’

The actor also shared this with his twenty years of experience, he was aware of the difficulties of getting and achieving recognition, as he wished Pratik to continue to get good job offers.

Meanwhile, The Big Bull also features Ileana D’Cruz, Nikita Dutta, Saurabh Shukla, among others. The film is directed by Kookie Gulati. It will be available on Disney + Hostar on April 8th.
