Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan was very close to Rishi Kapoor and they had worked together in a number of films!
The news of Rishi Kapoor’s demise was broken by Amitabh Bachchan on Twitter. We can understand how difficult it must have been for him as he deleted his tweet twice.
Now the actor has shared a video which features his stills with the late actor from the film 102 Not Out. It also has the song Waqt Ne Kiya Kya Haseen Sitam in Big B’s voive playing in the background.
Sharing the video, Mr Bachchan wrote, “Waqt ne kiya kya haseen sitam .. Tum rahe na tum, Hum rahe na hum ..”
Earlier, writing a long blog, the veteran actor had paid a special tribute to Rishi ji. Explaining why he never visited him in the hospital, Big B wrote, “I never visited him in hospital, I never wanted to see distress on his smiling cherubic face. But I am certain, when he went, he must have gone with a gentle smile.”

Rishi Kapoor had passed away on April 30th in the morning. The news had left everyone heartbroken as the country was still mourning the loss of Irrfan Khan who had passed away on April 29th.
