MCU Eternals
Marvel Studios put out a video named Marvel Studios Celebrates The Movies on Monday. The video takes a trip down memory lane, reviewing the three MCU eras, the iconic moment in Avengers: Endgame when the Avengers gathered, and a teaser poster at the Black Widow film. The video then shows a clip of the Eternals for the first time.
The actors appear in various locations, teasing the film’s plot. Angelina Jolie, who plays Thena, is also seen wielding a sword. “When you love something, you fight for it,” Sersi Gemma Chan says in the voiceover.
According to Marvel.com’s summary, “The Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Eternals introduces an amazing new team of Super Heroes, ancient beings that have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, a sudden disaster forces them to step from the darkness to face humanity’s oldest enemies, the Deviants.” Chloé Zhao, who recently won an Oscar for Nomadland, is directing Eternals.
