Koi Mil Gaya (2003)
This sci-film is one of the gems of Hrithik Roshan’s career. The Rakesh Roshan directorial saw Hrithik in two different looks. For playing the role of a school-going kid, he lost a lot of weight. In the second half of the film, the actor seamlessly transformed himself with a lean and ripped body.
Guzaarish remains to be one of the best performances of Hrithik Roshan. The film was a challenge for the actor but he nailed his role. He played the character of a paralyzed magician and was shown as a bed-ridden man with a paunch. The transformation was not easy as his film before Guzaarish was Kites and he had a well-toned body in it.
Krrish 3 (2013)
Krrish became India’s most favourite superhero. For the role in Krrish 3, Hrithik Roshan had to undergo a major transformation. Before the film’s shooting, he suffered from a back injury and was put on bed rest for months. In an interview, the actor even stated his cravings for muffins, cookies and cigarettes. He started smoking 3 packs a day. With a waist of 91 cm, he transformed himself in 10 weeks to play the role of superhero again.
Super 30 (2019)
Only if every middle-class man could look as handsome as Hrithik Roshan from Super 30. The actor played the role of Anand Kumar and he gave pure justice to the look as well to his role. Besides shedding off a few kilos, he also had to gain weight for the film for which he effortlessly transformed himself.
After gaining extra body fat, he had to get back in perfect shape for War. For his role in Super 30, Hrithik had got belly fat. It was a challenge for him to get back that chiselled body. But the Greek God, despite having slipped disc issues worked hard and shocked everyone with his mad transformation.
